Other Information:James was serving with the 141st Field Ambulance when, on 4th July 1919, he proceeded to No 1 Concentration Camp, Cologne for dispersal and was struck off the strength of the unit. He continued to serve under the service numbers 201282, then later 7251346. He was awarded the General Service Medal and Clasp for his service in Iraq. He resided at Barnsallie, Glenluce, Wigtownshire, Scotland.
