Other Information:

Frederick enlisted on 30th December 1911. He was 18 years and 9 months old, and worked in a factory. He entered the war in France on 18th August 1914, as part of the Regimental Medical Officer's team for the 23rd Brigade. Royal Field Artillery. On 19th November 1915 he was attached to the 109th Brigade, Royal Field Artillery. He deserted the R.A.M.C. on 12th February 1916, then transferred to the 13/London Regiment on 21st February 1916.
