Other Information:

Horace entered the war in France on 5th October 1914, as part of the Regimental Medical Officer's team for the 7th Siege Battery, Royal Garrison Artillery. He died whilst serving attached to the office of the A.D.M.S., 5th Division. He was also serving with the 5th Divisional Headquarters when he was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for devotion to duty in France.
