Harry was educated at Hull Technical College. He enlisted on 17th August 1915, then entered the war in France on 29th March 1916 on an Ambulance Train attached to No 261 Railway Construction Coy. He died from injuries received in an accident at Proven. Harry was the third son of Charles and Martha Annie (daughter of Henry Evison) Tune of Anlaby Park Road, Hessle, E. Yorks.
