Other Information:

Patrick enlisted on 6th May 1913. He was 18 years and 6 months old, and was a Tram Conductor by trade. He entered the war in France on 17th August 1914, as part of the Regimental Medical Officer's team for the 5th Divisional Train. He served on the Western Front until 27th January 1919, then continued to serve after the war under the service number 7247179. He was discharged under para 32 (E) Army Medical Regulations "Having been found medically unfit for further military service" on 17th May 1921.
