Other Information:

George entered the war in France on 15th July 1915, he was wounded there in 1916. George died when H.M.H.S. Britannic stuck a mine, laid by the U-73 in the Zea Channel, in the Aegean Sea. He was the son of Herbert and Sarah King of 21 Greenbank Avenue, New Brighton, Wallasey, Cheshire.
