Other Information:

Herbert entered the war in France on 5th June 1915. He died of nephritis and cardiac failure at East Central Military Hospital. He was the son of Samuel & Frances Elizabeth Brocket, and one of 10 children - 8 brothers and one sister. Herbert's death had slipped the net until the 25th January 2007, when he was added to the list of those commemorated by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, after extensive research by Chris Harley and Herbert's family.
