Other Information:

George enlisted on 29th October 1915, and saw active service abroad. He was discharged due to sickness on 4th October 1918, under Kings Regulations (xvi) 'No longer physically fit for war service'. He died of diabetes. George was the son of Edward and Martha Griffiths of White House Farm, Weston, Baschurch.
