Other Information:Cuthbert was educated at the London Hospital - entering in 1896, he obtained the diploma of L.S.A. in February 1902. For many years he was in practice at Gloucester Terrace, Hyde Park. He obtained a temporary commission as Lieutenant in the R.A.M.C. on 28th November 1915, and gained promotion to temporary Captain on 20th December 1916. He served in Malta and Egypt from 4th January to 19th December 1916. He died at his home in London, whilst on leave prior to proceeding to France, from a disease contracted while on active service. Cuthbert was the second son of Dr Cuthbert Henry Cooke Huddart of Shoyswell Manor, Etchingham and Louisa - daughter of Edmund Hunt; and was the husband of Olga Florence - married at St Martin’s Church, Acton on 18th June 1908.
