Other Information:

Herbert qualified M.R.C.S., L.R.C.P. Lond. in 1889 at St Bartholomew Hospital. He is listed in the London Gazette, dated 26th January 1917, stating he had relinquished his commission on the 25th December 1916. During the war Herbert was gassed and emigrated to New Zealand to find clean air. He died in 1927 in Tuakau, New Zealand.
