Andrew qualified M.D., M.B., B.Ch., B.O.A. [Dub] in 1898 and D.P.H.R.C.S.I. in 1912 (T.C.Dub). He served as Medical Office & M.O.H at No 4 South City District, and as Clinical Assistant at Coombe Hospital, Dublin. He entered the war in France on 16th April 1916.
