Son of Andrew Moore Haggan (1867 - 1934) and Sarah Knox (1868-1943). Brother to Jane Armstrong (Died 1966) of 66 Clonallen Street, Belfast. Occupation - labourer. Married 28/7/1927 to Rebecca McCrossan (Died 1988). Had one son James Henry (Jim) born 27/6/1928 - died from an accident at work 16/9/1954. Jimmy died in City Hospital, Belfast.
