Other Information:George enlisted and was embodied into the R.A.M.C. [T.F.] on 12th January 1915, he was 22 years old and living at 26 Prospect Terrace, Windlestone at the time. He entered the war in France on 20th April 1915 and served there until 23rd October 1918, when he returned to the UK. He went back abroad on 6th November 1918 until 4th January 1919. George was disembodied on 5th February 1919 no longer physically fit for war service. He was the son of George and Sarah Laverick of 26 Prospect Terrace, Windlestone, Ferryhill, Durham.
