Other Information:Percy enlisted on 2nd September 1915. He was 21 years and 6 months old, and was a Clerk (money lender) by trade. After his training he was posted to serve with the 112th Field Ambulance, and embarked with them at Southampton on the 18th December. Disembarking at Harve the next day, he entering the war in France on 19th December 1915. He died in No 33 Casualty Clearing Station at Bethune. Percy was the son of Job and Mary Fretwell of 40 Granby Street, Ilkeston, Derbyshire.
