Other Information:

Arthur entered the war in France on 18th December 1915. He was serving with the 141st Field Ambulance when, on 14th February 1918, he was admitted into the hospital of this unit 'sick' and was transferred to the IInd Corps Skin Depot. He was discharged and rejoined his unit for duty on 18th February 1918. He was demobilized on 13th March 1919, whilst on leave to the UK and was struck off the strength of the unit.
