Other Information:Granville entered the war in France on 11th August 1915 with the 141st Field Ambulance. On 3rd September 1916 he was transferred to the 1st Bn. South Wales Borderers for water duties. He rejoined the 141st Field Ambulance on 1st March 1918. On 22nd April 1918 he was admitted �sick� to the hospital of his unit, and transferred to the I Corps Skin Depot, remaining there until 1st May 1918 when he was discharged back to duty. On 31st October 1918 he was wounded by shell fire, suffering a �G.S.W.� to his leg and right foot.
