Other Information:Patrick qualified M.B., B.Ch., B.A.O.N.U.I in 1915. He resided at Quinpool, Limerick. He entered the war in France on 14th November 1915. *He is mentioned in the 100th Field Ambulance war diary on 16th July 1916 due to rejoining the unit from 2nd Divisional School of Instruction PERNES. He is also mentioned on 30th July 1916 as a result of being sent with eight Squads to break though to 2nd Ox & Bucks Regt to evacuate wounded despite intense shelling.
