Other Information:Thomas enlisted on 3rd January 1913. He was 19 years old, and was a Town Labourer by trade. He entered the war in France on 17th August 1914 as part of the Regimental Medical Officer's team for the 5th Divisional Train. On 9th October 1918 he suffered a gun shot wound to his right thigh with a fractured femur, and was invalided back to the UK. On 15th February 1919 he was admitted into the 2nd Western General Hospital, Manchester. He was discharged "No longer physically fit for war service" on 19th January 1920. He was the son of Thomas and Eliza Quinlisk of Limerick Street, Co Tipperary.
