Other Information:

Horace lived in Sheffield. He entered the war in France on 21st May 1915. He was serving with the 141st Field Ambulance on 16th July 1918 when he was discharged to duty from the unit�s hospital. On 9th May 1919 he proceeded to the Concentration Camp for dispersal and was struck off the strength of the unit.
