Other Information:

David enlisted on 4th August 1915. He was 29 years and 1 month old, and a twister by trade. He was taken on for home service only, and was posted to "P" Coy, later transferring to No 1 Coy. He died in Cambridge Hospital of appendicitis after being admitted on 29th March 1916. He was the son of the late Mr and Mrs Leeming of Padiham; and the husband of Alice Leeming of 22 Spenser Street, Padiham.
