Other Information:

Frank enlisted on 16th January 1903. He was 21 years old, and was a Labourer by trade. He previously took part in active service in the South African War from 1901 to 1902, receiving the Queen's South African Medal. He entered the war in France on 19th August 1914, as part of the Regimental Medical Officer's team for the 30th Brigade. Royal Field Artillery. He was discharged from the colours on 15th January 1916.
