Keyser Atkin was born 9.6.1892 in Birkenhead, Cheshire. His parents lived at 19 Bereford Road, Oxton, Birkenhead. He was educated at Birkenhead Institute, Whetstone Lane in the Preparatory before leaving for Mostyn House School, Parkgate in 1902.
