At the time of his death he was resident at Coole House, Caherhelly, Grange, Co. Limerick but died at Milford House Nursing Home, Castletroy, Co. Limerick. He was interred with the remains of his parents in Plot JF 10, Garden Section, Glasnevin Cemetery, Dublin following his death.
